Learned counsel for the Petitioner is still in search of some document to strengthen its case. This Court is, therefore, not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to come up with complete petition.
