Since, on instruction, Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that in the meantime, pursuant to the complaint under Annexure-11 series, Nikirai P. S. Case No. 122, dtd. 04.08.2022 has been registered against the accused under Sections-447/417/506, I.P.C. Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter. 2.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
