This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioners and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in Talcher P.S. Case No.269 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1054 of 2020 pending on the file of S.D.J.M., Talcher within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further conditions that they shall not allow user of his vehicle/s in similar activity; shall not indulge themselves in commission of similar offences. The Petitioners are hereby directed to appear before the Investigating

// 2 // Officer on 26th April, 2022 in between 10 am to 2 pm and on such other date/s as asked for in order to cooperate with the investigation.
