For the encroachment proceeding already initiated and posted to 19.7.2022 involving the dispute involved herein, this Court finds, there should be a logical end to the encroachment proceeding already initiated pursuant to the direction of this Court. In the process, this Court finds, nothing survives to be adjudicated. Thus while disposing of the Contempt Petition, this Court simply observes, the Tahasildar concerned shall do well in timely disposing of the encroachment proceeding involved herein but however involving the Parties likely to be affected.
