This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the Opposite Parties to reinstate him by revoking the order of suspension dated 16th July, 2018 (Annexure-7) and to pay his subsistence allowance.

Mr. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that vide order dated 25th November, 2019 (Annexure9) passed in Misc. Case No. 35 of 2019 (arising out of Service Dispute Case No. 18 of 2018), learned Co-operative Tribunal has issued direction to release the subsistence allowance in favour of the Petitioner with immediate effect, but the same has not yet been complied with. He, however, submits that this fact was not brought to the notice of learned Co-operative Tribunal. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to bring the inaction on the part of the authorities to the notice of learned Co-operative Tribunal in complying with the direction made in Annexure-9.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
