Learned counsel for the petitioner permitted to incorporate the G.R. Case Number in the brief in Court. 3.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 636 of 2022 arising out of Dhenkanal Town P.S. Case No. 284 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal for the alleged commission of offence under Sections379 of the I.P.C. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Dhenkanal by Order dtd. 25.06.2022 in Bail Application No. 199 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, the age of the petitioner and period of custody since 25.06.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter, with the additional stipulation that one of the surety shall be immediate family members of the petitioner. ` 7.
And the petitioner shall appear in person before the jurisdictional police station once every two weeks till the conclusion of trial, the date and time of such first appearance to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 8.
The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 9.
