Mr. Rayaguru, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant, who was writ petitioner. He submits, the application is for correction of order dated 5th July, 2022, by which the writ petition was disposed of. There has been inadvertent omission to mention the arbitration case details. The L.A. case mentioned in said order gave rise to Arbitration Case no.70 of 2021.

Order dated 5th July, 2022 is clarified to be that the direction in paragraph-3 therein was in respect of Arbitration Case no.70 of 2021 arising out of the L.A. case mentioned.

The application is disposed of.
