Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-8 pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the Collector, Bhadrak to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-8 and take decision, as appropriate, within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order but however providing opportunity of hearing to any party likely to be affected.
