The Writ Petition involves the following prayer: "It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue appropriate Writ/Writs calling upon the Opposite Parties to show cause as to why the grievance of petitioner for demarcation of their land not been consider as they have already deposited the Amin fees.
And if the Opposite Parties fail to show cause and/or show insufficient case the Writ application may be allowed by issuing appropriate writ/writs, order/orders and directing to the Opp. Party No.3 to demarcation the land of the petitioners, as this Hon'ble Court deems just fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case. And for this act of kindness the petitioner as on duty bound shall ever pray."

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Marasaghi to conclude the proceeding vide Demarcation Case No. 48 of 2021 also involving the Parties likely to be affected at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
