This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

The petitioners are accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 516 of 2022 arising out of Madhupatna P.S. Case No. 109 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C. (City), Cuttack for the alleged commission of offence under Sections-379/34 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Cuttack by Order dtd. 22.06.2022 in BLAPL No.661 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, the age of the petitioners and period of custody since 23.05.2022, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter, with the additional stipulation that one of the surety shall be immediate family members of the petitioners. ` 6.

And the petitioners shall appear in person before the jurisdictional police station once every two weeks till the conclusion of trial, the date and time of such first appearance to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 7.

The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 8.
