2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the impugned order dated 07.01.2015 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Balasore in ICC No.505 of 2014 wherein the learned S.D.J.M has taken cognizance under Sections 147/148/379/506/149 IPC.

3. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter is called. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 is present.

4. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed non-prosecution.

5. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
