Since the charge sheet was filed on 25.06.2022 and on consideration by the learned Special Judge was prior to the filing of charge sheet, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application, the same is accordingly stands disposed of. 4.

It shall be open to the petitioner to move the learned Special Judge afresh who shall consider it on its own merit

without being influenced by the earlier order of rejection or the present order.

The Bail Application accordingly stands disposed of. 6.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rule.
