This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

The Petitioner having been implicated in connection with Dharmasala P.S. Case No.216 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1083 of 2021 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole running for the alleged commission of offence under section-379/34 of the IPC read with Section-21 of the Mines & Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act & Section-3/4//5 of the Explosive Substances Act has filed this application under Section438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials on record; further keeping in view the other surrounding circumstances, I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. 5.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
