At the outset, Mr.K.C.Sarangi, learned counsel for the petitioners files the deficit Court fees of Rs.12/- along with a memo in Court today. The same be kept on record.

Heard Mr. K.C.Sarangi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. D.K.Mohanty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State. 3.

According to Mr. Sarangi, the petitioners are aggrieved by non-disposal of L.A. Case No.26 of 2019 pending before the Presiding Officer, L.A.R & R Authority, Cuttack in which they are the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the Presiding Officer, L.A.R & R Authority, Cuttack (opposite party No.3) to make an endeavour to dispose of the above noted case in accordance with law, within a period of six months hence.

With the above observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
