1. 1. This petition has been restored by an order passed today in CMAPL No. 281 of 2022.

2. The Petitioners' representation dated 22nd February, 2022 shall be examined by the Collector, Cuttack, (Opposite Party No.2) and after issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as the Opposite Party Nos. 5 and 6 and after giving them a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed not later than 17th October, 2022. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
