In the 3rd line of para-3 of the order dated 22.07.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.7940, the Section "376(2)(n)" be deleted. 4.

Further, the words "J.M.F.C., Pattamundai", as reflected in para - 6 & 7 of the said order, be corrected and substituted by the words "Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court, Kendrapara". Learned counsel for the Petitioner is allowed to make necessary corrections in the body of the bail application in court today, so far as the name of the court is concerned.
