This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 1096 of 2020 arising out of Pottangi P.S. Case No. 109 of 2020, pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Koraput for the alleged commission of offence under Sections-302/201/34 of the IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Koraput by Order dtd. 18.06.2021 in BLAPL No. 120 of 2021, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Taking into account, the period of custody and the genesis of the offence, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 7.
