This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in 2(b)CC Case No.20 of 2022, on the files of learned NGN-Cum-JMFC, Rajnagar, DistKendrapara, arising out of O.R. Case No.21 of 2022-23, for commission of offences under Sections 9/27/29/35(6) and 39 (B) of the Wild Life Protection Act 1972 and punishable under Section 51 of the said Act and is in custody since 02.06.2022. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Kendrapara, by order dated 17.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and the period of custody, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin of the matter. 6.

Additionally, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned I.O. till the submission of final O.R. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per the rules.
