This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to learned Judge, Family Court, Keonjhar to stay further proceeding of C.P. No.89 of 2017 until the Opposite PartyHusband clears up the arrear monthly maintenance as directed to be paid vide order dated 25th November, 2019 in I.A. No.3 of 2019.

In course of hearing, Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that interest of justice will be best served, if the Petitioner files a properly constituted petition to strike out the pleadings of the Opposite Party-Husband for non-payment of pendente lite maintenance. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

In view of such submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
