During course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the Order No.
petitioner prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to give the representation at Annexure-2 to the Collector of the district. In the event of receipt of such representation, the Collector of the district shall do well in taking a decision on the same at least within a period of six weeks thereafter.
