Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the serious allegation involving removal of unauthorised construction creating problem for the Petitioner involved herein but however considering the Application is pending for consideration of the Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, O.P.2, this matter stands disposed of directing O.P.2 to undertake the required exercise involving Annexure-3 in the Writ Petition and take a lawful decision but however involving the Parties likely to be affected and also the Petitioner by completing the entire exercise within two months from the date of communication of this order, if necessary, issuing notice to the Parties likely to be affected by Special Messenger at the cost of the Petitioner. 3.
