Learned counsel for the Appellants seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to raise all the issues raised in the present appeal before the Assistant Registrar Cooperative Societies (ARCS), Jajpur Circle, Jajpur in the proceedings stated to be pending there as per para-8 of the counter affidavit filed by Respondent No.3.
