This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/physical) mode.

This is the second journey of the Petitioner who is in custody in connection with Polosora P.S. Case No.152 of 2016 corresponding to S.T. Case No.75 of 2021 on the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Kodala, running for commission of offence under Section- 302/34 of IPC, in filing this application under Section-439 of the Cr.P.C. for reconsideration of the prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner in the above mentioned case. 3.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the planning behind the crime, the manner of happening of the incident as well as the role said to have been played by this Petitioner as those emanate from the materials on record as placed, finding no such change in the circumstances; this Court is not inclined to

// 2 // reconsider the prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner. It is however observed that the Trial Court would do well to take all such effective steps as provided in law for conclusion of the trial in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months hence.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
