Mr. B.K. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioners by filing a letter addressed to his client-cum-Petitioners in this case submits that although he has written letter to the Petitioners, but the Petitioners have not responded to his letter and, thereby, he has no instruction in this matter and accordingly, necessary order may kindly be passed. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the CRLMC is disposed of for want of instruction.
