This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.168 of 2022, on the files of learned J.M.F.C. Pipili, arising out of Pipili P.S. Case No.100 of 2022, for commission of offences under Sections 409/420/467/468/471/120(B)/34 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 1st Additional District & Session Judge, Puri, by order dated 04.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Considering the release of the co-accused Field Officer by order dated 11.07.2022 in BLAPL No.5725 of 2022, by this Court
and the role ascribed to the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin of the matter including that he shall appear on each date of trial.

Additionally, it is directed that the petitioner shall furnish cash security of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) in the shape of term fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank being pledged to the Court below and which shall be governed by the outcome of trial. 7.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per the rules.
