This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail, involving offences punishable under Sections 147/148/341/342/294/395/337/427/506/436/447/149, I.P.C. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation, gravity of the offence and the facts of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. However, taking into consideration the age of the Petitioner and the fact that she is a lady and further fact that the case is of the year 2012, it is observed that, in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Khurda in G.R. Case No.42 of 2012 corresponding to Tangi P.S. Case No.8 of 2012 within a period of three weeks from today, the Petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may

// 2 // deem just and proper. Further, release of the Petitioner shall also be subject to the condition that she shall appear regularly before the learned trial court on the date fixed and shall cooperate in early conclusion of the trial, without fail.
