On perusal of the petition filed for modification of order dated 30.08.2022 and upon hearing the learned counsel for the Petitioner No.1, the prayer made in the petition for extension of time for the Petitioner No.1 to surrender before the court in seisin of the case is hereby allowed. The Petitioner No.1 is permitted to surrender before the court below within four weeks from today. 3.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
