The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction declare Opposite Party No.7, namely, Sri Abhaya Chand, disqualified to become a Director of Narla Primary Agriculutural Co-operative Society Ltd. view of Section 28(3)(P) of the Orissa Co-operative Societies Act, 1962 (for short 'the Act'). 3.

Election in respect of Narla Primary Agriculutural Cooperative Society Ltd. being over since 19th July, 2022, the Petitioner has a remedy under the Act to raise his grievance by filing a properly constituted election dispute. 4.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may agitate his grievance by filing a properly constituted election dispute under the Act.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
