Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

Since it appears that all the offences in this case are bailable in nature, therefore there is no apprehension of arrest. As such, the anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. It is open for the Petitioner to approach the concerned Police Station to seek appropriate remedy.

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
