In terms of the assertions in the I.A. the description of the Appellate Authority cited as Opposite Party No.1 is permitted to be corrected as A.D.M.-cum-Appellate Authority, Balangir instead of A.D.M.-cum-Appellate Authority, Titilagarh. Correction as prayed for is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to correct the cause title and the petition accordingly. Time for preferring the appeal in Paragraph-5 of the order is extended for a further period of ten days from today. 4.

Rest of the order remains unaltered.
