Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioner by this Writ Petition seeks for implementation of the direction contained at Page-29 of the Brief by the Competent Authority. This Court finding the innocuous prayer observes, provided there is no legal impediment in working out the direction by way of operation of stay by higher forum of the order at Annexure-6, O.P.4 is directed to work out the direction therein within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order. This Court further observes, on the failure of O.P.4 in working out the same, it may be open to the Petitioner to initiate execution proceeding under the Cooperative Societies Act. 3.
