This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The present writ application has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:

" It is therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the Writ Petition, and after heaing the Petitioner's Counsel issue a Writ/Writs in nature of mandamus directing the Opp.Parties No.3 to sanction/sanction 4600/- Grade Pay in the of P.B.2 (930034800/-) w.e.f. 01.01.2013 to 31.4.2015 and pay Rs.44,900/- in Level-10 Cell-1 w.e.f. 01.01.2016 attached to the promotional post in MACP entitlement to the post of assist. Fishery Officer towards 2nd RACP on completion of 20 years of service as per the pay matrix ORSP Rules, 2017. And pass any other order/orders as would be deemed fit and proper;

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that ventilating his grievance, the Petitioner has filed a detailed

// 2 // representation before the Director of Fisheries, Odisha, Cuttack, Opposite Party No.3 on 20.04.2022 under Annexure-5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the said representation is pending without consideration as of now. He also submits that a direction may be given to the Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated time. 5.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that he has no objection if the representation of the Petitioner is considered by the Opposite Party No.3, which is stated to be pending, within a stipulated period of time in accordance with law. 6.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party no.3 to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.3 shall do well to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner, shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
