This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode).

This is an application for passing appropriate orders. Drawing the attention of this Court to the letter dated 08.11.2019 of the Director, Higher Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, which has been annexed as Annexure-7 to the interim application, Mr. Jyotirmaya Barik, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Dayananda Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the authority has observed that it was not possible to recommend the case of the petitioner, who was working as Lecturer in Zoology in Dasarathapur Higher Secondary School, Dasarathapur in the district of

// 2 // Jajpur for sanction of block grant in his favour during pendency of the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum if contingency arises.
