Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Directing the Opp.parties to be sanctioned grade pay Rs.5400/- in 3rd RACP by modifying order No.2971 dated 12.09.2018 vide Annexure-6 and to pay the differential amount of money which is due to the petitioner which has not been paid within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court taking into consideration all Annexures of the Writ Petition".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 25.03.2022 at Annexure-10 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.3 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and also taking into account the order passed under Annexure-9 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
