This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.124 of 2022, on the files of learned J.M.F.C., Kesinga, arising out of Kesinga P.S. Case No.128 of 2022, for commission of offences under Sections 379/411/34 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Kalahandi, Bhawanipatna, by order dated 27.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegation and the period of custody, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on
such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter including the additional stipulation that the petitioner shall appear once in seven days before the jurisdictional Police Station till submission of Final Form. 6.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
