Mr. Sarangi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client runs a small business. He had availed loan of Rs.12,98,000/- from opposite party no.2. There has been default in repayment round of Rs.6,00,000/- was repaid. His client made representation dated 22nd July, 2022 for rephasement of the loan and installment repayment. He submits, there be direction upon opposite party no.2 to consider and dispose of the representation. 2.

Petitioner wants consideration of his representation by opposite party no.2. In the circumstances, direction for issuance of notice is not necessary.

Opposite party no.2 is directed to deal with petitioner's representation dated 22nd June, 2022. Petitioner will present copy of said representation along with this order to said opposite party. Petitioner be informed of the result by two weeks of communication. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
