This is an application for modification of the order dated 17th August, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that at pagragraph-5 of the order dated 17th August, 2022, instead of mentioning "Secretary, Naharana Service Co-operative SocietyOpposite Party No.4, it has been inadvertently mentioned as "Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Jagatsinghpur Circle-Opposite Party No.2", which needs correction. 4.

I find the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner to be correct. The order dated 17th August, 2022 be corrected accordingly to the aforesaid extent. 5.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
