Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.

Mr. B.P. Das appears on behalf of the informant and files Vakalatnama. The same is taken on record.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.839 of 2022, on the files of learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole, arising out of Jenapur P.S. Case No.145 of 2022, under Sections 143/ 144/ 506/ 384/ 307/ 379/ 149 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Jajpur by order dated 29.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

The consideration by the learned Court in seisin over the matter was during the course of investigation. 6.

The petitioner is at liberty to move the learned Court below after filing of charge sheet. The same shall be considered on its own merits without being influenced by the earlier rejection or the order passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
