Mr. P.C. Nayak, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has submitted that the office memorandum dated 09.06.2014 setting out the modalities for reimbursement of the enhanced minimum wages has been challenged in this petition is recalled and in its place a new order setting out the modalities has been issued on 03.03.2017. Thus according to the Petitioner, it has created a new situation, which needs to be taken care of by the Petitioner. Mr. Nayak, learned counsel craves leave for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty reserved to file a fresh petition.
