By filing this writ petition a grievance is made for the Order No.
pendency of the proceeding vide Annexure-3 before the Tahasildar, Begunia, an allegation is made that in spite of the request of the Tahasildar, Begunia to the Tahasildar, Khurda for transmitting the records involving OLR Case No.79/74, 79(A)/74 & 79(B)/74 since 24.01.2022, the Tahasildar, Khurda is not responding to the same. In the result, the proceeding vide Misc. Case No.1 of 2015 pending before the Tahasildar, Begunia is unable to be disposed of. 2.
Considering the allegation of the Petitioner to be a serious one this Court disposes of this writ petition directing the Tahasildar, Khurda-O.P.2 to transmit the original case records involving the above noted cases in terms of Annexure-4 to the Tahasildar, Begunia within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. In the event the desired records are transmitted by the Tahasildar, Khurda, the
// 2 // Tahasildar, Begunia shall do well in completing the proceeding vide Annexure-3 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such records.
