Party No.2, who has given an affidavit at Annexure-2 stating that the matter has been compromised and he does not want to proceed with the case.

2. In that view of the matter, Nayapalli P.S. Case No.255 of 2015, corresponding to CT Case No.3438 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

3. The petition is disposed of. A copy of this order be communicated to the Court below forthwith.
