This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of order dated 25.07.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.7970 of 2022.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel or the Petitioners is permitted to carry out the correction in the body of the bail application in Court today. Accordingly, Case No. "1428 "appearing in paragraph-6 at 5th line be deleted and in its place insert Case No. as "1421". 5.

Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioner to surrender as per order dated 25.07.2022, but subject to

// 2 // depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
