This is an application for modification of the order dated 7th July, 2022 by which the CMP was disposed of. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the 9th line of paragraph-6 of the order dated 7th July, 2022, instead of mentioning "I.A. No.1 of 2022", it has been inadvertently mentioned as "I.A. No.1 of 2020", which needs correction. 4.

I find the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner to be correct. The order dated 7th July, 2022 be corrected accordingly to the aforesaid extent. Rest part of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
