2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"The Petitioner therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court would graciously be pleased to consider the above fact and circumstances of the case after hearing the parties, admit this Writ Petition, call for the records and issue a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the Opp. parties to fill up the vacant post of Junior Clerk/Assistants on the basis of his merit position in the master select list under Annexure-3 within a reasonable time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.2. in that regard within a period of three weeks from today. 5.
It is observed that if any such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievance within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be considered and final decision be
// 2 // taken by Opp. party No.3 within a period of two months from the date of submission of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
