This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail, involving offences punishable under Sections 143/341/294/353/506/149, I.P.C. and Section 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1932.

Perused the copy of the F.I.R. The allegations made in the F.I.R. are very serious. However, considering the fact that the Petitioner is a lady, although this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner, however it is observed that, in the event the Petitioners surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur in G.R. Case No.1462 of 2022 corresponding to Binjharpur P.S. Case No.408 of 2022 within a period of three weeks from today, the Petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
