This is the second journey of this petitioner by carrying this application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for his release on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Jatni P.S. Case No.319 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. No.818 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned J.M.F.C. (O), Bhubaneswar for alleged commission of offence under sections 341/323/307/294/379/506/427/34, I.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and the nature of accusation as also the materials available concerning the role of

// 2 // this petitioner, further keeping in view the earlier order dated 26.09.2016, I do not find it to be a fit case for reconsideration of the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed.
