2. This application has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 24 of C.P.C. for transfer of C.P. Case No.96 of 2022 filed by the opp. party - husband under Section-9 of the Hindu Marriage Act in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur, to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak (mentioned inadvertently as S.D.J.M., Bhadrak in the petition).

3. Since there are numbers of typographical errors in the TRP (C) application, Mr. Paul, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the TRP (C) in order to file a better application.

4. In view of the above, the TRP (C) is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file a better application.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. .........................
