Heard the submission of Mr. Pati, learned counsel for the Order No.

Petitioner.

In similar situation this Court has already come to hold that during pendency of the Encroachment Proceeding there cannot be any eviction of the persons involved therein. In the process this Court in disposal of the writ petition observes, in the event the encroachment proceeding involving the Petitioner vide Encroachment Case No.417/2022 is still pending, there should not be any eviction of the Petitioner till disposal of such encroachment proceeding. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observation.
