This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail, involving offences punishable under Sections 451/323/427/379/506/34, I.P.C.

Considering the nature of allegation, gravity of the offence and the facts of the case, it is directed that, in the event of arrest, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer in connection with Turumunga P.S. Case No.98 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1157 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Keonjhar on such terms and conditions as deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
