Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Reducing the prayer, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of Demarcation Case No.30/2021-22. 3.

Considering the innocuous prayer and as this Court finds, there has already been notice for demarcation, vide Annexure-6, in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court directs, in the event such demarcation proceeding is yet to be completed, all steps shall be taken by the Additional Tahasildar, Chandbali for disposal of Demarcation Case No.30/2021-22 at least within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order but however involving all the Parties concerned. If there is necessity of further notice, the authority may adopt special messenger notice procedure at the cost of the Petitioner.
